Great addition to your Thanksgiving table this year!

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Salted Butter (softened) (MUST be very soft! Otherwise it won't mix well)
  • 6 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree (DO NOT use pumpkin pie filling. They are not the same!)
  • 5 Tbsp Honey (Beeyond the Hive is best!)
  • ¾ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
  1. First, whip the softened butter, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and only 1 tablespoon of the pumpkin puree with electric beaters.

  2. Gradually add the rest of the pumpkin puree as you continue to whip.

  3. Next, add the honey and vanilla and continue to beat the mixture for 1-2 minutes until thick and fluffy.

  4. Once it's at the desired consistency, scoop into a container and serve at room temperature or store in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it!
