A sweet treat for any age! 

Course: Dessert
Servings: 2 Dozen
Ingredients
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Beeyond the Hive Honey
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2/3 Cup Oil I used vegetable oil
  • Turbinado Sugar for rolling
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Using an electric mixer beat the oil, honey and sugar until smooth.

  3. Add in the egg and vanilla then mix until combined.

  4. If your dough is feeling really soft, just throw it in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes until it feels more firm.

  5. Shape the dough into little balls and roll in the turbinado sugar. Make sure you coat the whole cookie.

  6. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 7-9 minutes until the edges are light brown in color!
